Investing across three jurisdictions: the US, the UAE and Colombia
An educational look at investing across the US, the UAE and Colombia under a single conservative standard.
Serving investors in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Colombia is not the sum of three markets: it is the intersection of three distinct regulatory regimes. The practical consequence is clear, and we accept it by design: the most conservative standard among the three jurisdictions governs what we show in public.
What follows is an educational explanation of that principle. It is not legal or tax advice; each investor must assess their own situation with their own advisers.
Three regimes, one conservative position
Broadly, all three jurisdictions restrict the public solicitation of specific offerings, each in its own way:
- United States. The private placement framework distinguishes between processes without public solicitation and processes where it is permitted, but which require verifying accredited investor status.
- United Arab Emirates. Fund promotion is directed at professional clients, through licensed entities or private placement exemptions, with restrictions on public retail marketing.
- Colombia. A public offering requires registration and authorisation; a private offering is limited to a bounded number of specific investors and may not use mass media.
The only position that is safe in all three at once is the same: in public, brand, thesis, aggregate track record and education; no live offerings and no terms.
Why opportunities live behind access
This is why the public site shows no opportunities, no target returns, no minimum amounts and no percentages. That is the strictest common denominator of the three regimes. Specific opportunities and their terms are shown only to verified investors inside the portal.
In public we say how well we have done; what is available today, and on what terms, lives behind access.
A jurisdiction-aware front door
Eligibility is not uniform. That is why the registration process captures jurisdiction and investor type, and applies the corresponding verification: accredited investor in the US, professional client in the UAE, or an investor eligible for a private offering in Colombia. Each case also receives the notices appropriate to its regime.
What this means for you
If you are a qualified investor, this approach gives you predictability: you know that what you see in public is the method and the track record, and that access to opportunities runs through a serious, jurisdiction-aware verification. That discipline protects both the investor and the vehicle, and it is part of what we mean by institutional governance.

Las oportunidades específicas y sus términos están disponibles únicamente para inversionistas verificados dentro del portal de acceso, sujetos a la regulación aplicable en su jurisdicción (EE. UU., EAU, Colombia).
